ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for 1/4

willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders of this Court made in WP.No.4210 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024, thereby the respondent was directed to permit the petitioner to attend counselling to be held on 21.02.2024 based on the pre-revised list published by the respondent dated 17.02.2024.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced letter dated 17.03.2025 of the respondent, before this Court, and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.4210 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter dated 17.03.2025.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 17.03.2025, this contempt petition is closed.
