Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent herein to produce the body of the detenue G.Thilagavathi, W/o.G.Sankara Subramaniam, aged about 26 years, before this Court within a stipulated period of time. (Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue, G.Thilagavathi, W/o.G.Sankara Subramaniam, aged about 26 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police.

3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is a major aged about 27 years and that the third respondent is her maternal aunt and that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/petitioner herein. 4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
