This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 505 days in filing the above second appeal in SA.(SR).No.15326 of 2021 against A.S.No.25 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Palacode.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) as cost directly to the respondent, within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.

3. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
