These application have been filed to extend the tenure of Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.P.Shah Chief Justice (Retd.) High Court, Madras to resolve the dispute between the parties that arose under Agreement dated 24.12.2020 and 30.12.2015 in case Nos.1 and 2 by another six months from 08.02.2020.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the pleadings have been completed, arguments heard and only award has to be passed. Other side has not disputed the aforesaid fact.

3.In view of the above, the time is extended as prayed for.

Accordingly, these applications are ordered.
