in C.P.No.20 of 2018 & C.P.No.20 of 2018 M.SUNDAR, J., This common order will govern captioned Company Application and captioned main Company Petition i.e., 'C.P.No.20 of 2018' [hereinafter 'main CP' for the sake of convenience and clarity].
2. Adverting to earlier proceedings made in the listing on 08.07.2022, learned counsel Ms.R.Patricia of M/s.Aran Law Associates [Law Firm] submits that main CP is not one for winding up and therefore, Rule 100 the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 will not come into play. 3.
Mr.T.G.Dinesh, learned counsel representing Mr.T.V.Krishnamachari, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Central Government for the respondents is also before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for applicant in the captioned application and petitioner in the captioned main CP submits that a memo dated 25.07.2022 has been filed in this Court. A scanned reproduction of this memo (together with docket) is as follows:

5. The docket will show that the memo has been duly served on the Central Government counsel. Aforementioned memo speaks for itself. However, contents of the memo are reiterated today at the time of mentioning.

In the light of the memo and reiteration of the same before this Court, captioned Company Application and main CP are disposed of as closed/withdrawn albeit preserving the rights and contentions of the applicant/petitioner to canvass the same before appropriate fora, if so advised and if so desired.
