This petition had been filed to direct the respondents to pay petitioner's pending salary from December 2017 till date on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 13/08/2018. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner had already received the dues from the respondents and subsequently, retired by voluntary retirement from service. Thus, no further adjudication is required.
