This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.33768 of 2012 dated 14.12.2012.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the judgment dated 02.11.2020 made in W.A.No.1030 of 2014, wherein the Division Bench of this Court set aside the order dated 14.12.2012 in W.P.No.33768 of 2012 and remitted back the matter to the learned Single Judge for fresh consideration.

4. Recording the same, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners to work out their remedy after disposal of the writ petition.
