2.On 12.02.2024, the following order has been passed: 'All parties states that substantial amounts have been remitted but the claims have not been fully settled.

2. There appears to be some dispute on the amounts remaining to be paid. Hence, the petitioners, will appear before Mr.Mareeswaran, S.O., Public Law Officer, (Mobile No. 9487733611), tomorrow i.e., 13.02.2024 through authorized representative or personally, if they so prefer, to finalize the amounts remaining to be paid over to them.

3. A joint memo will be filed before the Court by both the parties on the amounts remaining to be paid when these matters are next listed for hearing viz., 16.02.2024.

4. List on 16.02.2024 in the same position.'

3.Thereafter, both on 16.02.2024 and today, both the parties state that the matter stands substantially settled. In such an event, there is no reason in keeping these writ petitions pending any further. 4.Hence, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
