ORDER

This is a simple Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that still the appeal is pending with the first respondent and so far, final order has not been passed on the same. the respondents 1 and 2 are also not in a position to state as to whether the said appeal has been considered on merits and disposed of or not.

2. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to issue notice of hearing of appeal to the petitioner and the third respondent herein and if any other party in the appeal and after giving notice to all those parties, hear the appeal and dispose of the same by passing appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since the said appeal is pending from 2020 onwards.

3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
