ORDER
The instant Writ Petition had been filed challenging a show cause notice dated 29.11.2010.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had brought to the notice of this Court a communication dated 02.12.2022, wherein the department had taken a decision to dispose off the show cause notice with no further action and hence he would submit that no further orders need to be made in this Writ Petition.

3. The said communication dated 01.12.2022 has taken on record and the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also taken on record.
4. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be made in this Writ Petition and accordingly the same is closed. However, there shall be no orders as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
