to an extent of 121⁄2 cents Thiruvidanthai, Semencherry Village, Kelambakkam, Kancheepuram District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners in all the writ petitions made a submission that the subject property was sold by the petitioners to some third party. That apart, the civil litigations were concluded even before filing of the writ petitions and therefore, the nature of the relief as such sought for in the present writ petitions cannot be granted. 3.More so, the petitioners state that they sold the property and thus, the relief as such sought for in the writ petitions lost its relevance and accordingly, the writ petitions stand disposed of.
