Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Hon'ble High Court dated 12.06.2014 in W.P.No.25579 of 2006.

O R D E R

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 12.06.2014 in W.P.No.25579 of 2006 has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate further states that the services of the petitioner was regularized as per the directions issued by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the monetary benefits are not paid. However, the order has clearly said that the petitioner is not eligible for monetary benefits in respect of the period mentioned in the order. The petitioner states that the other monetary benefits are not given. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent by way of representation and the respondent may consider the same in accordance with the rules in force.

3. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
