ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the parties was settled among themselves and the 2nd respondent has received a sum of Rs.1,31,782/- in full quit. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

2.The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent has also not disputed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
