Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue Patta to the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.310/18, Pappampatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, based on the order of the 1st respondent in M.D.R.No.61/2016 dated 14.10.2016 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2018 and 22.06.2018, within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondents to issue Patta to the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.310/18, Pappampatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, based on the order of the 1st respondent in M.D.R.No.61/2016 dated 14.10.2016 by considering the petitioner's representations dated 07.03.2018 and 22.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representations dated 07.03.2018 and 22.06.2018 have not been considered by the respondents so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.03.2018 & 22.06.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
