The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 12.01.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.832 of 2023 while granting bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner is that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.219 of 2022 and on such deposit and production of proof, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which, one must be a blood surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Coimbatore. He would further submit that the petitioner is an orphan and he is residing at Saranalayam, Singarampalayam Pirivu, Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu under the care of one Vanitha Rengaraj, to that effect, he has produced his Aadhaar Card. He would further submit that the petitioner is a coolie went to the spot only for daily coolie works and hence finds it very difficult to arrange and deposit such a huge amount. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. A perusal of Aadhaar Card reveals that the petitioner is residing in the above said address.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and there is no previous case against the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.832 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two local sureties, each for a likesum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore. Further, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months. All other conditions remain unaltered.

6. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
