C.M.P.No.3543 of 2022 is filed by the petitioner/appellant to implead the petitioners 2 to 6 as proposed appellants 2 to 6 in the above second appeal.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post these second appeals during the last week of February 2023.
