Seeking to call for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the order dated 13.04.2015 passed by him vide Proceedings Na.Ka.No.8481/A2/2014 and modified by the 2nd respondent vide Proceedings R.No.051347/DA/S3/15 dated 25.11.2015, quash the same and for a consequential direction to the respondents to promote her to the post of Sector Health Nurse with effect from 26.11.2015, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
Heard Mr.R.Singaravelan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period of punishment is over and he restricted the relief sought in the Writ Petition to the extent that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016 sent to the 1st respondent.

Learned Government Advocate has no objection in directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the relief restricted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.Nos.10236 and 10237 of 2016 is closed.
