2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30158 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, is relaxed to the extent that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.
