The learned VIII Assistant Judge, (FAC) I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, vide letter dated 30.09.2020, requested to extend the time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.4313 of 2009 pending on the file of the I Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, as directed by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2019 in CRP(NPD)No.3298 of 2011 and M.P.No.1 of 2011.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the said communication, this Court is inclined to extend the time by three months for disposal of the suit.

Accordingly, the learned VIII Assistant Judge, (FAC) I Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case in O.S.No.4313 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
