Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records on the file of the first respondent dated 12.07.2005, in file Rc.No.3744/2005/A1 and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sarathchandran for Mr.R.Shivakumar For Respondents : Mrs. R.Janaki, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

It is brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to the interim order, the lorry belongs to the writ petitioner had been released. In respect of other issues, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress his grievances in the manner known to law. If at all, the proceedings initiated are pending, the authorities shall conclude the same on merits and in accordance with law.

2. It is needless to state that in the event of adjudication, the writ petitioner must be given an opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to submit his explanations/objections in respect of the allegations 3.In any event, the proceedings shall be conducted by providing an opportunity to the writ petitioner and accordingly, orders may be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With these observations the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
