O R D E R
Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to select her in and over the
vacant post available, in the Combined Civil Services - I Examination (Group - I Services), 2016-2019, notified vide Notification No.1, dated 01.01.2019 in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A.No.1466 of 2008 and W.A.Nos.24 and 27 of 2009, dated 12.06.2009.
According to the Petitioner, she secured 503.25 marks in the Group - I Examination and placed at 126th Rank next to the last selected candidate in the B.C. Women category. It is her case that, when the candidate, who has secured 503.50 marks was selected to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police, she lost the selection to the said post only by 0.25 marks. She further stated that, being placed next to the last selected candidate in the B.C. women category and when vacancies are still available, she is not considered for selection. Hence, in the light of the judgment dated 12.06.2009 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1466 of 2008 and W.A.Nos.24 and 27 of 2009, Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with the above relief. 3.
Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's case for selection in the Combined Civil Services-I Examination (Group - I Services), 2016-2019, in the light of the judgment dated 12.06.2009 passed by this Court in W.A.No.1466 of 2008 and W.A.Nos.24 and 27 of 2009, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.5037 of 2021 is closed.
