ORDER

Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of R1 to R4 and would submit that the prayer in the writ petition stands achieved insofar as the temple at Bheemanayakanur Village that had been closed on 15.01.2022, as against which action the petitioner has been aggrieved, has been opened on 18.02.2022 for public worship.

2. This was on the heels of a peace meeting conducted on 15.02.2022 as recorded under proceedings in Na.Ka.417/2022/M1 of even date. A copy of the aforesaid proceedings have been circulated and are placed on record.

3. With this, as nothing further survives in this writ petition, the same is closed. No Costs.
