ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to call for the entire records concerned in Crime No.12 of 2013 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.12 of 2013, investigation was completed and charge sheet is made ready. Further, he seeks time to file the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate viz., learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram.

3. Since charge sheet is made ready in Crime No.12 of 2013, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

original petition is closed. The respondent is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to file the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate viz., learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
