Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records of the 1st respondent vide its proceedings No. D.Dis (K3) R.P.26/02 (42652)/02) dated 05.02.2009 which confirmed the orders of the 2nd respondent, the District Revenue Officer vide his proceedings No. Pa.Mu.16292/97/A2, dated 13.07.2001 and to quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to issue the patta in favour of the Writ petitioners.
