The relief sought by the applicant in this application is to grant leave to file Review Application in respect of the order dated 24.08.2010 passed by this Court in C.A.No.105 of 2006 in C.P.No.243 of 1997.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant had purchased two properties vide two separate Registered Sale Deeds dated 12.08.2002 & 07.01.2003. The said Sale Deeds were challenged in C.A.No.105 of 2006 by the first respondent herein. This Court vide order dated 24.08.2010, set aside those two registered sale deeds, without granting an opportunity to the applicant. Therefore, the applicant is before this Court with the present application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

4. Considering the fact that the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application are satisfying and there is no objection from the side of the first respondent for allowing this petition, this Company Application is allowed.
