This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the common order of this Court dated 06.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.15626 of 2020.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. 3.

Since the order has been complied, Mr.P.Gurunathan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has undertaken to disburse the amount so sanctioned to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
