[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN,J.] The prayer made in this Writ Petition is to quash the order dated 04.08.2005 passed in M.A.No.61 of 2005(T) by the first respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to transfer O.A.No.78 of 2002 to be heard and jointly tried along with O.A.No.38 of 2002 on the file of the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the original applications themselves came to be disposed of and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for
