Mr.R.Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire dues have been paid and the attachment has already been raised.

M/s.C.Kulanthaivel, learned Standing Panel Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, has also furnished a copy of the order showing the release of attachment on the immovable property of the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above development, the writ petition is disposed as infructuous. No costs.
