Heard Mr. M.Sudhan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. J.Subbiah, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Fourth Respondents and Mr. Tippu Sultan, Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for forbearing the Second and Third Respondents from dumping garbage in the property of the Petitioner in Survey No.261/1 in Keeripatti Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District based on his representation dated 22.01.2024.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in furtherance to the order dated 23.02.2024 passed by this Court, entire garbage in the premises has been removed and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the 2/4
Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
