Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue the gratuity amount with interest to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

ORDER

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he he was allowed to retire from service on 31.07.2014. However the gratuity amount due to the petitioner is not yet been settled. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner repeatedly approaching the respondents for the settlement of the gratuity amount, and finally a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was sent on 28.08.2015. However, the respondents have not given any reply. However in a letter dated 08.09.2015, the Managing Director has informed that the case of the writ petitioner will be considered.

3.In this view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 28.08.2015, and pass orders on merits in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the representation and all other relevant orders, if any, along with the order passed in this writ petition.
