ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Pursuant to the order dated 23.04.2025, Respondent No.1 has filed an undertaking in the form of an affidavit of one S.Ramesh, Managing Director of first respondent, affirmed on 23.04.2025. The Board Resolution is dated 21.04.2025.

2. Sri.Om Prakash states that expecting the Court may give direction to Respondent No.1 to give an undertaking, the Board Resolution was passed a day before. The Registry to take on file the affidavit.

3. Sri.Om Prakash further states that Respondent No.1 or any of its officers will not obstruct petitioner from entering the premises for measurement and other purposes, provided one day notice is given and the measurement work is carried out during office hours. Petition is disposed of.
