O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the mother of the detenue G.Banupriya for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her daughter, Banupriya went missing on 02.02.2015, in connection with which a case in Crime No. 44 of 2015 has been registered by the respondent - police for woman missing.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the detenue - Banupriya, aged 21 years, is produced before this Court by the petitioner herself. On enquiry, the detenue states that she was in love with one Gopal and left the parental home to get married to him in Tirupathi and now she came back to her parental home.
4. Recording the above statement, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
