C.M.P.No.5603 of 2022 in S.A.No.932 of 2005 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN.,J This application has been filed to strike off the name of the respondents 3 and 4 from the array of party, in view of the fact that they had been wrongly impleaded and shown as legal representatives of the 1st respondent / Panchatchara Nainar. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the respondents that he had actually pointed out that the aforementioned Pakiri @ Ekambaram and Banu who are shown as respondents 3 and 4 are not actually the legal representatives of the Panchatchara Nainar and they are third party strangers.
2.In view of this position, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
