The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.30823/A1/2008 dated 06.01.2011 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same in so far as it omits to include the petitioner in the list of Tahsildar for the year 2005 and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's name in the list of Tahsildars for the year 2005 with all consequential benefits.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that, prayer in this Writ Petition had already been complied in terms of G.O.No.(2D).No.348 dated 15.11.2018. As per G.O.(2D)No.348 dated 15.11.2018, petitioner's name was included in the panel for the year 2005 and he was promoted as Tahsildar and subsequently retired from service.
3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition since petitioner's name was already included in the panel for the year 2005 and he was promoted as Tahsildar and subsequently retired from service. Thus, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
