ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(b) of BNS Act r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in connection with the Cr.No.8 of 2026, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has dismissed the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.951 of 2026 on12.01.2026 for the following reasons:

6. Considering the nature of allegations, the submissions made by learned counsels on either side and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not only illegally quarried sand but also caused damage to the ecology, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner's earlier anticipatory bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
