This petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent in his proceedings No.C.Pa.138/05/J2, dated 05.09.2005 and quash the same.
2. The order passed by the respondent in his Proceedings, dated 05.09.2005, imposing certain conditions for release of the vehicle that belongs to the Writ Petitioner, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel for the Writ Petitioner fairly made a submission that the conditional order was passed in the year 2005 and now after a lapse of about 13 years, the cause arose for filing this Writ Petition became vanished. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
