THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2199 of 2022 IN CRL OP.25015 of 2021 M.M.FAHIM [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED A3 ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, XI TEAM, CENTRAL CRIME BRANCH, VEPERY, CHENNAI CRIME NO.127 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para 7(a) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only) to the credit of the Crime No.127 of 2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the court below passed in Crl.O.P.No.25015 of 2021 order dated 11.01.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify one of the conditions imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25015 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the earlier order passed by this Court with regard to the deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- , but, on seeing the facts that while granting anticipatory bail, at his consent only he has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. without depositing any amount, he wants to modify the said condition is not a justifiable one. I don't find any merits in this petition and liable to be dismissed.

3.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed. However. time granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25015 of 2021 dated 11.01.2022 is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the purpose of complying with the order.
