The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 311, 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.31 of 2026, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
