This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that this petitioner had entered into a sale agreement with the opposite party on 18.09.2013 and had paid Rs.5 lakhs and thereafter, the opposite party has sold the same property to another person. In a case of this nature, this Court cannot grant direction to the respondent to register an FIR.
