When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that there is no petition enquiry or case is pending against the petitioner, on the file of respondent herein. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is being continuously harassed by the respondent police. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
