(REF - CR.NO. 15 / 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Modify the order of this Honble Court in Crl.OP.1473/2022 dated 24.01.2022 by Modifying the condition (C) the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2212 of 2022 on 24.01.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Thursday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. This petition is ordered.
