These petitions have been filed to set aside the dismissal orders and restore the CMAs.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, these petitions are allowed.

5. Post the main appeal on 19.04.2022.
