ORDER

Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner died. He further submitted that since the writ petition has been filed challenging the appointment order passed in favour of the third respondent and now the petitioner is died, this writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
