Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the order p in G.O.(D) No.815, Health and Family Welfare Department (C2) dated 08.07.2008 passed by the 1st respondent, as confirmed by the Government Letter No.16282/C2/2009-3 dated 25.01.2010, by the 1st respondent insofar as it postpones the regularization from 1990 to 2008 is concerned, and the order of the 3rd respondent in Ref. No.6226/E2/2/2010 dated 15.02.2011 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to restore the regularization of the petitioner from 28.03.1990 and confer all the consequential benefits such as annual increment, Selection Grade and Special Grade, Revision of Scale of pay as per the Revised Scale of pay Rules and confer all the other consequential benefits.
