R.SANKARASUBBU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] Today, this petition is listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. On 15.03.2022, we granted interim suspension of sentence and bail upto 31.03.2022 to the petitioners herein on the ground that their mother had expired on 25.01.2022. While so, the petitioners filed Crl.M.P.No.4281 of 2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2722 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.427 of 2020 seeking extension of time to surrender, in which, this Court, by order dated 30.03.2022, had extended time to surrender till 04.04.2022.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court on 04.04.2022.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
