The impugned order dated 04.10.2005 issued by the District Collector/ Inspector of Panchayat was in relation to the removal of the Vice President of the Panchayat by invoking the provisions of the Panchayat Act. However, on account of the efflux of time, the period of the Vice President and the President and other members expired and therefore, the Special Officers were appointed.
