Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has settled the claim of the respondents pursuant to the passing of the impugned arbitral award. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. He seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition on the ground that the matter has been settled out of Court. 2.After recording the endorsement made in the court bundle, this petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund the applicable court fees to the petitioner. Consequently, A.No.447 of 2025 is closed.
