Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the third respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 07.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he has made a complaint against the third respondent as though he is trying to do quarrying operation and laying road very near to the petitioner's Patta land, which is otherwise is not permissible under law.

3. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has made a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 07.02.2018 and the same is said to be pending before the respondents 1 and 2.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the first respondent to consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the third respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
