ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent/contemnor, since she failed to comply with the specific direction given in the Order dated 03.08.2018, passed in W.P.No.3375 of 2018.

2.The Learned Special Government Pleader for the Respondent/Contemnor has made an endorsement in the Writ Petition No.3375 of 2018 to the effect that the Respondent is withdrawing the Notice, dated 06.07.2018, issued under Section 6 of the Act 3 of 1905 and undertakes to take action against the encroachers, in terms of the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.3375 of 2018, dated

15.02.2018. The said submission is recorded.

3.In view of the endorsement so made by the Respondent/Contemnor, viz., A.Sarabunisha, in the Writ Petition No.3375 of 2018 and also the undertaking given by her to the effect that action would be taken against the encroachers, in terms of the direction issued by this Court, dated 15.02.2018 in W.P.No.3375 of 2018, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is necessary in the present Contempt Petition.

With the above observation, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
