Heard Mr. N.Manokaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Counsel for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. G.Mohanakrishnan, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First and Second Respondents to enter the name of the Petitioner as the wife in the Service Register of the Third Respondent by considering her representation dated 22.11.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner and the Second Respondent have entered into settlement, which has been recorded in the joint memorandum of compromise dated 22.04.2022 through Mediation Centre attached to this Court and the same has been placed on record, which shall form part and parcel of this order. The parties shall carry out their respective obligations in terms thereof. It is made clear that if the Third Respondent has any claim against the First and Second Respondents, he is not precluded from working out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
